A form of bacon I will now make on purpose
Bacon Balsamic vinegar Frank’s Red Hot
I’m sure I didn’t invent this, but I made brussels sprouts and bacon the other day and then I had vinegar and Red Hot with it - and it was enjoyable. But then at the bottom I got overdone bacon pieces that were soaked with vinegar and Red Hot, and it was like JACKPOT.

The best hazelnuts OF MY LIFE
Many raw hazelnuts
1 tablespoon butter
Salt
1 tablespoon thyme leaves
zest of 1/2 orange
zest of one lemon
Toast the hazelnuts in a 375F degree oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Melt butter in a skillet and add nuts. Add salt, thyme, then zest.
PS I’ve never even had them with the thyme and orange zest, just salt and lemon.
