The best hazelnuts OF MY LIFE

Many raw hazelnuts 1 tablespoon butter Salt 1 tablespoon thyme leaves zest of 1/2 orange zest of one lemon Toast the hazelnuts in a 375F degree oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
