The following is a series of emails that have happened in the last 24 hours between my roommate and my landlord, who lives next door.
Landlord:
“Junk Tires”
To whom it may concern,
I regret to inform that the backyard is not a tire disposal facility. Please remove and dispose properly at tire shops.

Roommate:
Those are my studded tires, not junk.
Please inform me of the property lines I singed a lease for and am paying rent on, and I will gladly keep them within those boundaries.

Landlord:
You can keep these environmentally unfriendly and offensive tires in your car (where they belong), in your room, or in the basement (if your roommates do not object) but not in the yard for everyone to see. If that still does not work for you, then you may have to leave the house thereby taking the tires with you, H
