Many raw hazelnuts
1 tablespoon butter
Salt
1 tablespoon thyme leaves
zest of 1/2 orange
zest of one lemon
Toast the hazelnuts in a 375F degree oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Melt butter in a skillet and add nuts. Add salt, thyme, then zest.
PS I’ve never even had them with the thyme and orange zest, just salt and lemon.
